We will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the agreed timeline, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, ensure lawful access to the installation site, obtain necessary approvals where required unless otherwise agreed, ensure the site is safe and accessible, make payment according to the agreed terms, inform us of any site restrictions, safety concerns, or building rules, and avoid tampering with installed systems unless authorised.
8. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made according to the stated schedule.
We reserve the right to suspend, delay, or withhold services if payment is not received on time.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer.

Warranty may be void if the system is misused, modified, damaged, poorly maintained, affected by external works, tampered with by unauthorised parties, or damaged due to events beyond our control.
11. Maintenance and Support
Maintenance services, if provided, may be subject to separate service fees or maintenance agreements.
We are not responsible for faults caused by misuse, third-party interference, poor site conditions, external electrical issues, natural wear and tear, lightning, fire, flood, pest damage, structural defects, or force majeure events.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Singapore New Energy Technology Pte Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses, including loss of profits, loss of savings, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by Singapore law.
